Here's some information about our guest, Tamas:

Tamas Konya, Holistic Life & Mindset Coach | Qigong Instructor

Guiding busy minds & tired bodies back to balance, joy & vibrant health.

I'm a loving father of my 8.5 year old son, went through my darkest hours after redundancy (Covid, used to be a Conference Services Manager in a busy conference centre), divorce, financial losses, relocation, business start up. Worked through depression, anxiety, disconnection from self and others, health issues, insomnia, 4 years + alcohol free (after more than 3 decades of drinking every week), fear of driving, started a business from scratch, became a coach and a Qigong instructor and on a mission to help people stress less, smile more and live longer.

Something Interesting About You:

I have more energy than most around me, I love playing snooker, darts, love nature (and practise Qigong there if I can), I was 26 when started learning English, I used to smoke for decades but since I stopped I was able to hold my breath for longer than 3 minutes, 4 year alcohol free after 3 decades of weekly social drinking, conquered my fear of driving by myself, according to my son I'm the best cook, my superpower is to make my son laugh, and many more 😁
